Seahouse Capital (formerly Sedermera Danmark) is a financial adviser aimed at the Danish market, whose income mainly comes from services related to capital raising, transaction advice, and current services within Corporate Finance. Nordic Issuing is an issuing agent whose income mainly comes from the handling of technical work in transactions.
