Sedermera Corporate Finance acts as financial advisor to growth companies in various industries throughout Sweden and other Nordic countries. As an organisation, Sedermera currently consists of approximately 25 employees.
In the spring of 2021, Sedermera Corporate Finance opened an office in Denmark to further strengthen its market presence in the Danish market. The new business is a subsidiary of Spotlight Group AB. The Danish subsidiary is 70 percent owned by Spotlight Group AB and 30 percent by Povl-André Bendz, which is responsible for the subsidiary.
Sedermera has been strengthening its position in Denmark for over ten years. Since 2018, Sedermera Corporate Finance has been involved in approximately 25 percent of all Danish companies listed on the MTF segment.
