SeaHouse Capital acts as a financial advisor to companies in various industries in Denmark. As a full-service provider in corporate finance, SeaHouse Capital offers a wide range of services to companies that are about to be listed or are already listed on the stock market.
In spring 2021, SeaHouse Capital was established to further strengthen Spotlight’s market presence in the Danish market. The new business is a subsidiary of Spotlight Group AB and is 70 percent owned by Spotlight Group AB and 30 percent owned by Povl-André Bendz, who is responsible for the subsidiary.
Spotlight Group has been strengthening its position in Denmark for over ten years. Since 2018, Spotlight’s subsidiaries have been involved in approximately 25 percent of all Danish companies listed in the MTF segment.
